On November 17, 2014 I had put through a prayer request for my brothers. At that time they had not spoken in over a year and my prayer was that they would get together that Christmas so that we could enjoy Christmas as a family. That was not the case for Christmas 2014.
Over the course of 2015 many of you continued to pray for this request. It had been prayed for a total of 70 times. And Praise God! He worked a miracle for Christmas 2015.
My older brother forgave my middle brother and surprised us all by coming earlier than expected so that he could spend Christmas with all of us. December 22 was the first time they spoke in well over two years.
Thank you for all your prayers. Thank you Father for your goodness. Praise You for Your Love!

Our second Quiz meets are coming up! The senior quizzers are heading to Mississauga on Saturday and the junior quizzers are heading to West London Alliance on January 16th. Please pray for good weather on both days as we travel with the kids to the quiz meets. Pray for safety and fun. Please also pray that the kids would feel confident and that they would all have the opportunity to answer questions. Pray that Holy Spirit would give them peace and that we could help them to feel encouraged. Once again pray that relationships would flourish amongst team members, between teams, and between quizzers and coaches. Pray all of the Youth would realize how special they are and that they would find enjoyment in reading God’s Word and that Holy Spirit would continue to reveal new truths to them. Thank you for always keeping us in your prayers 🙂

Joe and I would like to thank those who prayed for and with us during my various testing and Dr. appointments.
Yesterday I went to see my Surgeon and he said "he did not want to see me for six months" - we are on hold - the tumour is significantly small so he doesn't want to do surgery now.
We praise you Father and thank you for your mercy towards us. We thank you for loving us so and hearing our heart's cry.

Please keep my dad Rob Kraan in your prayers. A few weeks ago he went into the hospital in extreme pain and they found that he had an abscess on his appendix. He spent 5 days in the hospital on medication to try to get the abscess to go down. He then returned back to the hospital two days after he was discharged and they discovered that the abscess has grown. They transferred him to London where they drained it and he spent more time in the hospital. He is now home but very weak. He has a bag attached to him which continues to drain the fluid. He goes back to the doctor tomorrow to check on it and find out what else they can do. Please pray that the abscess continues to drain and that he can regain his strength again. My dad is a go-getter and it's been very difficult for him to not be able to do very much.

Tuesday 12:40 p.m. I have just returned from a visit with our dear, dear friends Hank (Henry) and Andrea Harley. Upon Hank's return from California he has been diagnosed with 2 new tumours on his brain which are malignant. He goes to Victoria Hospital tomorrow for a MRI and starts chemo Friday. Hank loves the Lord so much and has experienced God's healing of tumours before. He requests prayers for healing again of these new tumours. Pray for wisdom for the Doctors as they decide which is the best way to treat him. Pray also or peace and strength for both Hank and Andrea as they journey ahead.

I want to praise God for all of you who prayed for my mom and I and for all of us who went to the Beth Moore event! My mom asked Peter and I to pray for her that she would be faithful to be in God's Word when she went home, and that is of the Father!! I ask you to pray with us. Ps 89:1 "I will sing of the Lord's great love forever; with my mouth I will make Your faithfulness known through all generations."

Praising God that my mom is coming to the Beth Moore event with me. She asked if she could come and I am so thankful that there was one ticket left. If you could pray for us that God would open our hearts to all He has for us.

Our first Quiz meets of the year are fast approaching. This Saturday the Senior Quizzers are heading to West London Alliance and the following weekend the Junior Quizzers are quizzing at TAC.
Please be in prayer for them as they compete against the other kids. Pray that this be a more of a fun time of fellowship and less of a competition. Pray also that these relationships would flourish amongst team members, between teams, and between quizzers and coaches. Pray that there are a lot of laughs and that God would replace any anxiety with peace and confidence. That Holy Spirit would help bring to mind and heart their verses and that everyone would have the opportunity to jump and answer a question. Thank you for always keeping us in your prayers 🙂

Please pray over our library that the Lord would bless it to further serve and enrich our church family. That the resources that fill the shelves would be taken out and used to feed our family healthy spiritual food that lead us back to his Holy Words as found in scripture. Pray also that an adult would come forward with a desire to serve in the library along side our team.

My back has been hurting since May when I helped a girlfriend move. I have been doing exersizes to strengthen muscles and taking and anti-inflammatory medication. Some (most) days I need Tylenol 3 for the pain. It seems to be getting worse not better. Please pray for God to heal my back and hip area. Thank you.

Please pray for the children as they courageously invite friends out to this month's Sonic Sunday focused on "When I am Afraid". Also pray that the hearts of those who don't yet know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour would respond to the Holy Spirit's prodding in their lives. And lastly, please pray for the various Children's Ministry Coordinators as the enemy isn't going to sit back idly and let young hearts be transformed by Christ's redeeming power. Satan will find any way he can to immobilize the work of God which includes targeting His servants and workers. We are overcomers, however, hallelujah by the blood of the Lamb!

Hi all! Thanks, and please pray tonight!
Thanks for those who prayed for the Jr. highs on Tuesday. It looks like possibly 7-10 students trusted Jesus as their Savior!!! Also, we have handed out approximately 20+ Bibles in 3 weeks!
Please pray for the high school students tonight, as we try to share the salvation message with them! (See original request below):
Please be praying for both Jr. and Sr High youth nights this week as we will be sharing the salvation message with our students. Tonight (Sept 29th) and Thursday (Oct 1st) between 7pm-9pm.
Please pray for:
God to prepare every heart and make them ready to receive salvation.
For youth to bring friends who need to know Jesus and the gospel.
For God to speak through us.
For god’s protection for all the students as we do have an enemy who will try to keep them from hearing the gospel and trusting Christ.
For every student and person present who is not yet a child of God to become saved this week!
Please pray that our students really will understand and trust that Jesus is God’s Son, that He lived a holy life in their place and earned their way into God’s Kingdom for them. That Jesus was punished in their place for their sins on the cross so that they can be forgiven for all their sins, and that He rose from the dead 3 days later defeating death itself on our behalf.
